The winner or their nominee must hold a valid UK driving licence

Consumers can enter a maximum of 7 times per social media platform during the Promotional Period

To enter, consumers can either:
o Login to Facebook and post on the Hyundai UK timeline at https://www.facebook.com/HyundaiUK to nominate their ‘one in a million’ person who deserves the car using #M1llion, OR
o Login to Twitter and tweet to nominate their ‘one in a million’ person who deserves the car using #M1llion, OR
o Login to Instagram and post to nominate their ‘one in a million’ person who deserves the car using #M1llion.
Please note that entrants are not required to tag their nominee within their social media posts in order to enter. Please request permission from your nominee prior to entry. The nominee must give their consent to the T&C’s before accepting the prize. Participants who do not request permission from their nominee prior to entry will be disqualified in full.

One prize will be allocated to a randomly, predetermined time and date (“Winning Moment”) which will be in the date format XX/XX/XXXX and the time format XX:XX. Every entry within that whole minute will be a finalist. If only one entry is received within that minute, that entrant/nominee will win. If no one enters during the winning minute the Promoter will go to the next subsequent minute for all finalists. If no entry is made after the winning minute then every entry made within the nearest whole minute will be a finalist. All finalists’ entries will be judged by a qualified panel (with at least one independent judge) who will evaluate each entry based on the following criteria:
 A clear description and illustration of why their nominee deserves to win the prize
 The entry must depict passion for their nominee and their story
