Bankrupt & High Court Writ

Morning all,

I was made bankrupt on 13th October by one of my creditors and I have met and now in the hands of the Official Receiver.

This morning I received a knock from a High Court Enforcement agent regarding a debt. I showed him a letter from the OR with my bankruptcy reference number on it (as I haven't received a copy of the order) and he said thanks and left.

My question is, do you think they will be returning or is that it? There is still an active CCJ that I can see on my credit file but was unaware of the high court enforcement. The debt is pre-bankruptcy so just wondering if anyone has experienced this and what should be happening.

Many thanks

PD
