Can anyone recommend a decent restaurant in Portrush for an evening meal? Have eaten in the Ramada which is OK but not great.

The Ramore Wine Bar. There are a few restaurants in it's complex, with different types of food

55 North does good grub at very reasonable prices. 3 course from £10. Granted I think there is only 1 dish at £10 but most are around £12/13. You get choice of starter, main, and sweet for cost of main. Think they also own Tides on other side of Portrush and I believe the York in Portstewart. They also offer similar menusI started out with nothing......And still have most of it left:p0

The tides is very good. Just out of Portrush on the road to Portstewart.0

Sorry, but Tides is shocking; when I was there everything was greasy and under/over-cooked. My companions were all philistines so didn't care but if quantity over quality is your main concern then it could be good. Hope that helps.0
