Savings?

Am I allowed to save money that is not used? If I choose to spend less and save money can I safely leave the money in my bank and does the amount within my insolvent period matter?

Thanks

As long as they are reasonable ie: money for holiday/annual bills plus a little more. If it gets past £1k or so then the OR could claim it as an asset and may look at your outgoings. Open a Credit Union account and pop any extra in there. Google Credit Union and your town/county.
