First Time Buyers - Vies on this site/company

Hello :p

My fiance and I have outstanding loans of £14k which will be cleared in 2 years. We currently pay over £1000 a month in rent & loan payments.

We dont have a bad credit history or CCJ's etc.

We have been renting for the past 4 years and really need to get on the property ladder.

We were going to wait until the loans have gone as they wont then have to be inc. in our mortgage (as we would need a 100% motgage) , but then house prices will probably rise in those 2 years, so we may not be better of that way.

I am self employed & my partenr is in a good job with a £30K wage. Wewould want the mortage just in his name/wage.

I have found this site http://www.mortgagearrangers.co.uk/mortgage_calculator.html

We want to borrow £144,000 and they payment are coming up so we would be better off monthly than we are at the moment.

Has anyone come across them before or have any advice/views regarding it.

Many thanks in advance.

M xx
