Hi,
I was wondering how long you would use mash potato that has been in the fridge for? I have some mash that was left over 2 days ago and I meant to use it yesterday for potato cakes but didnt get a chance in the end.
I am tempted to use it today but I wouldnt want the kids to get upset tummies!

absolutely fine, mash goes kind of slimy often when its been left too long. My dad will usually use up to about 5 days as even cold meat is meant to keep that long.0

hi when i have extra mash and wont have time to use it i open freeze it in blobs on a baking tray then put in bags when frozen. You can pull out as much as you want and microwave it in a bowl with a knob of butter for a couple of minutes great if your in a rush.:D0
