Rental Property - Building Insurance

Hi,

I need to get buildings insurance for a property that I have got. It is a 130m2 bungalow with a rebuild value of ~£130,000.

It is a rental property and I am looking for some reputable providers to get a quote for building insurance.

Can anyone recommend a provider?

You already have insurance from them? What are they like?

Never had to claim of them yet. They were cheaper, but it seems to be a faceless system and with my property being of older vintage I think I might want to move to something with a front office.
In saying that they are underwritten by Catlin insurance who seem to be the providers for the Cornmarket quote I got (Catlin 50 Amlin 50 - not sure what that means).
