Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of Ocado or Sky UK Limited company (“Sky”), companies associated with the promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the promotion.

Promotional Period

2. This promotion opens at 00.01 on 08, November, 2015 and closes at 23.59 on 22, November, 2015 (the "Promotional Period").

Entry Requirements

3. To enter this promotion, all you need to do is answer a simple question and complete the required fields online at https://www.sky-competitions.com/skyliving

4. A maximum of 1 entry per person over the Promotional Period. Entries sent in through agents, third parties or multiple accounts will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will also be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to not award prizes if qualifying criteria is not met and the right to select replacement entry into the competition element of the promotion.

Winner Selection and notification

5. One winner will be selected by a random computer generated draw, on or around 23, November, 2015 from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The winner will be notified by email or phone by 25, November, 2015.

6. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or is not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Prizes

7. The winner will receive the following prize:

1 x Sky's complete bundle package consisting of:
1 x Sky+HD box
standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below);
1 x 12 month subscription to Sky’s Complete Bundle package


If you are a winner and are new to Sky TV you will be required to enter into three subscription contracts (Sky digital, Sky+ and Sky+HD subscriptions for the minimum term of 12 months). After your 12 months’ free viewing, standard subscription charges will apply, unless you change your package, giving over 31 days’ notice, you will pay the prevailing price for the Complete Bundle (currently £75.75 pm in the UK and €83 pm in the Republic of Ireland). Sky+ subscription is free while you subscribe to Sky TV (otherwise £10 pm in the UK). Sky selects your equipment. You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom. Unless you are already a Sky+ subscriber you will need Sky+HD professionally set up, even if you already have a minidish. Costs apply for non-standard set-up. Your box must be connected to a fixed telephone line. You must get all consents required (e.g. landlord’s). Sky Box Office Movies, Stand-alone Premium Channels, and pay-per-view services and events are not included in the Prize and must be paid for separately. Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change. Existing Sky TV customers will receive a free Complete Bundle subscription and a free Sky+HD box. Multiscreen is not included in the prize. Data Protection

8. Any entrant data collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner to notify them of the prize and, if you are the winner, we may pass them on to third parties to deliver the prize.

9. By entering this promotion and selecting the opt-in check box, you agree Sky may use your information to contact you about products and services you may like. You can also click on the “unsubscribe” link in direct marketing emails from us.

10. By entering this promotion, if you are the winner, you agree that the Promoter may make your full name and county available.

General

11. There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

13. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the enjoyment of the prize; and/or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize beyond the Promoter’s control; and for any act or default of any third party supplier.

14. The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.

15. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

16. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.

17. Details of the prize winners’ full name and county will be available for one month after the close of this promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address below and stating the name and date of the promotion.

18. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, other entrants or Sky staff which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

19. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.

20. This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this promotion.
