Order arrived today, had bought a couple of items from the toys & gifts section, arrived somewhat battered as it was all just chucked lose into a large bag and also two of the items are diffrent than described on the page.

Not a great success. Have contacted them to see what they want to do about the wrong items, hoping they can either send the correct ones and/or pay for the return of the wrong ones.

Big thanks Maysie for the suggestion of a Flip Adjustable Pillow - it has just arrived. And thanks for the £5 voucher link, surfsister, as it meant it only cost me the £3.95 postage, so was a great bargain!

The Flip itself looks excellent, and as Maysie said, ideal for a teenager (although tempted to keep it for myself instead).

I bought 2 one for son and not sure who to give extra one too it just looks really good quality packaging. We shall see come Christmas how well it works. If i saw it in Debehams I would think £20 at least what do you think?
