Payday Loan refunds

Excellent guide from Debt Camel - how you can try to claim some money if you have had payday loans from ANY payday lender.
You can use this process if your loan is still outstanding or if it was repaid. It’s not guaranteed to work but it will only cost you a few stamps!

Hi
Want to say following my house move, must say I've found old letter's from 2010 for both Quick Quid and Payday Express confirming they had reviewed my account and were increasing the credit limit as a result... QQ even telling me I was a platinum member
So makes me even more sceptical.
Though I'll let my colleague know who ended up in an IVA after taking out loans when unemployed in 2013 - What would happen to their compo??
Could Sunny come after me ? Having never paid them full interest?? Y'Know in more recent times... Certainly makes me think0 -
In an IVA any recompense would have to be declared and would be dealt with under a 'windfall clause' - usually it all goes to the creditors.
In bankruptcy it is similar - it goes to the trustee.
However, in a DRO there is a presumption of 'no assets'. It's best to wait till the DRO is completed before trying a reclaim and, although there is the theoretical possibility of getting the DRO revoked retrospectively, I've seen this done with ppi claims and no ill effect.0
