It's the usual Daily Mail con - they're not free at all. Unless you choose to buy several copies and collect all the required tokens.

Sorry, Auntycaz, it only mentions 'Crabtree & Evelyn stores' and the store finder link they gave in the paper ( https://www.crabtree-evelyn.co.uk/stores ) doesn't list any department stores or other stockists, so presumably it's only valid at an actual C&E store.
