I won a twitter comp with attachment mummy, i emailed them my details but never heard anything back, now I have tweeted them, she said she was on holiday, that was on 21st October, do I keep hassling with public tweets?

Depends how long ago you won, prizes generally are supposed to be received within 30 days unless the promoter states otherwise.0
