Mortgage after IVA

HI all,

How long after completing an IVA would I have to wait to get a Mortgage.

I will have £12000 for a deposit, I earn £40000 before TAX, with no loans or credit cards.

I am a key worker...what are my options

    There are some lenders that could look at a mortgage for you while you have an IVA - the rates will vary with the lenders depending on how they class you in terms of advers history

    YOu will also need to have conducted the IVA satisfactorily and may need a letter to that effect
