Cheap but decent multivitamins?

  • Turn the back of the packet over, ignore the shiny packets. Look for the ones with the 100 percent rda. Tesco, Aldi or lidl are grand. Most of the others are paying for adverts and flash boxes. A decent diet is ideal but if you want vitamins just grab a regular one.
There is no relationship to the price to the ingredient and composition. Some of the big brands can be poorer than the Aldi version
  • You get valupak in a lot of independent pharmacies which usually cost £1 for 30 tablets

Also Numark pharmacies have their own brand (Numark is a large pharmacy group who own Rowlands). . . and they have slightly more expensive but still cheaper than boots, ranges.

I would hope all these tablets are made to the same standard anyway and have what they say they have in them! Often some of the more expensive ones may "taste nicer" or be "slow release", but really they should be the same
