Does anyone else use Sainsbury's online?
Our account was reset today apparently as part of a website update.
We had to reset the password and then it was a completely new account with no record of previous orders, favorite items, address, payment details etc.
We rang up and they said it was because the website switched to a new system - they will transfer our data over but it will take 48 hours.
Just wondered if we were unlucky or if this has happened to everyone - it seems incredible to me for a website like that to be changed with no migration path for existing users.
