Invoice for holiday pay

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help please.
I left my previous employer on 8th August, in this job I was paid weekly on a Thursday for the previous week's work (Sunday to Saturday) and I worked my notice period in full. I received my final pay after I left and then my P45 a couple of weeks later.
Last week I received an invoice from their accounts department, requesting repayment of £376 for taking too much holiday. There was no breakdown of how many days too many I've taken or how they have come to this figure. I've sent them a letter by recorded delivery requesting a breakdown of the figures.
If I paid this would it effect my tax standing in relation to my P45 as this is now surely incorrect.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Just make sure you complete a tax return for the tax year and it'll be adjusted.
Did the holiday year run Jan to Dec or April to March - and how much holiday had you taken ?I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

The holiday year ran April to March and had 20 days plus 8 bank holidays. I had taken 12 days I think when I left.0
