These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Promoter: Proximo Spirits UK, 80 Coleman Street, London, EC2R 5BJ.

1. The promotion is open to U.K (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years and over excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary to enter, internet access is required.
3. One entry per person.
4. Closing Date: Entries must be received by 23.59 on the 30th January 2016.
   How to enter
5. Entrants should visit www.boodlesbutler.co.uk and register their name, contact phone number and address.
   Prize
6. Prize to be won which consists of a professional butler working at the winner’s residence for a time period of one week (Sunday- Saturday). The butler provided will come from a reputable service agency selected by the Promoter.
7. Butler placement in household falls under the terms and conditions of the providing company.
8. Daily duties of butler will be outlined by agency provider prior to butler placement.
9. The Promoter will not take responsibility of the butler once placed in the household.
10. Prize can only be claimed from March-May 2016. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.
11. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
12. Winners must be aged 18 or over.
13. Winners must give at least 4 weeks’ notice in order to book.
    Winner Selection & Notification
14. Winners will be selected at random by a computer process that produces independently verifiable results.
15. Winners will be notified within one week of the close of the promotion and will be contacted by the Promoter and/or appointed agent by email and/or telephone. If a winner is not contactable or fails to respond to initial winner notification within 28 days from the date of the initial notification, the prize may be reallocated by the Promoter to a reserve winner selected in the same manner who will similarly be required to respond with required confirmations.
    General
16. The promotor reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
17. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promotor takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise, or for errors in contact details supplied by entrants.
18. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, third parties, syndicates, macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full, will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and the prize award will be void.
19. Winner Publication: The name and county of confirmed winner will be available at www.boodlesbutler.co.uk for three months following the closing date.
20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
21. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
22. Data will only be collected for the purpose of the promotion and will not be used post campaign for any purpose.
23. By taking part in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by any participant may result in forfeit of the prize.
24. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
