1&1 Internet 'Debt Collection'

I've just received this email (below) from 1&1 internet demanding the amount of £7.18 or they will refer me to a third party debt collection agency.
Dear Dan Hope,
Further to our previous attempts to contact you, this is a final notice regarding the overdue balance of £7,18 on your account.
Your service is currently suspended. If no action is taken, regrettably your account will be forwarded to a third party collection agency, incurring an additional fee of £15 in addition to the overdue balance. Your package and any domains, e-mails or data associated with the package will also be permanently deleted as a result.
I've bought hosting services elsewhere before and normally when you cancel the PayPal recurring payment and ignore them they just cancel the services and that's it. But naturally, I don't want to pay this as I could buy 2.35409836 pints with that.
This is my reply:
Dear 1 and 1 internet,
You are not entitled to any of my money. However, I will be charging you the sum of £3629.39 for the 5 minutes of my time spent reading this email. This is the final and only notice regarding the overdue balance of £3629.39 on your account.
If no action is taken, regrettably your account will be forwarded to a third party collection agency, incurring an additional fee of £1200.00 in addition to the overdue balance.
You could also settle this balance by bending over backwards to suck my raging ronny harold (females only).
You can write to me at my new address:

Signed Barney.
I've read some horror stories about people having their credit ratings affected by the referral to the 'debt collection' agency and I just wanted to know whether I would steer clear of that by ignoring them as I've only used PayPal as a payment method and the first name on the 1&1 account isn't my real first name anyway (it's Daniel not Dan).
Cheers. :money:
