COMPETITION'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding all employees related to the administration of this competition.
The closing date for the competition is midnight on January 1st 2016.
One draw will be made on January 2nd 2016.
The winner will be notified by email and will be given 10 days to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If the deadline is missed the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
No cash or other prize alternatives.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
Prize includes 7 nights accommodation at the Melia Jardines Del Rey for two adults sharing a double room, on an all-inclusive board basis, return flights from London with taxes and baggage allowance. All other expenses are at the winners' cost.
Travel is subject to availability and must be taken between 1 May 2016 and 31 October 2016.
Seats need to be confirmed one month prior to departure and a full indication of restricted dates will be provided to the winner on acceptance.
Only one entry per person.
Entrants email addresses will be used for marketing purposes, and entrants must contact The Holiday Place directly to unsubscribe.
Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
