8 weeks and still no win

I have been doing comps regular for about 8 weeks but still no win. I do loads, as many as I can time allowing. I thought I might have won something by now. Is this normal or am I just unlucky ? How do some of you lucky folk win multiple prizes in one day. Am I missing out on something. I will be very grateful for any tips. Happy comping. :money:

You will get a win soon, they are like buses, none for a while then several at once! Besides if you have only been comping about 8 weeks some of those comps may not have finished yet

I agree with hjb123 sometimes the end dates are months away. Something will turn up don't worry :eek:

Just keep at it and I am sure the wins will happen...you wait and see...happy comping

If you don't comp, you can't win. Try and do as many as possible - roboform is very good to speed up entries. Lots of comps don't end for ages, so once you've been comping for a while you'll have lots more that you could win coming up to the end date.

Just hang in there. The wins will come along. Best of luck. Enjoy the comping.

Took me 8 months for my first win, keep going it will happen.

keep going it WILL happen. your only 8 weeks in and most comps have dates till the end of the month then it can take ages for them to notify u of wins.

Keep plodding on - when you have that first win regardless of its size you will dance around the room! (believe me u will!) Remember you have to be init to win it!

How many threads do we get like this? It seems that the wins are slow starting but once they have started they trickle in after that. It took me 6 months to get my first win and a further 6 months for the second win.

I think comping is like a lottery with a time delay on it, BUT you don't pay to enter so personally this is my risk free of wining things I couldnt afford.

I used to occasionally play the lottery but I hated throwing away cash and never wining anything. Whatever happens with comps at least you only loose your time and if you comp from work then its just a bonus!

dont give up
