Argos appliance money back claim - help needed

Hi, purchased a freezer from Argos about a month ago with a £30 money back special offer, the Argos link however said I had to wait 30 days before claiming. Does anyone know how I claim it as I can't find any link or details on Argos site now the offer has finished.
