4. Once the competition has closed Radio X will select a short list of people who fit the criteria. The most feel good, fun and entertaining entries deemed to have a suitable ‘fix’. These entries will then be sent to Direct Line who will select the final 3. The overall winner will be chosen by Radio X in conjunction with Direct Line. A ‘fix’ is something practical for when things go wrong and is not an insurance claim, an act of kindness, gifting, upgrading or improving.
5. The winner will be contacted by Global and brought to air on Friday 6th November 2015 in the Mid Morning Show (or a network show). You must be able to receive a phone call in the morning of that day to be eligible to receive the prize. Should the chosen winner not be available after the first call attempt, we will randomly select another winner from the remaining 2 eligible entries.
