Administrative Assistant Certifications?

I'm currently an administrative assistant, and am looking to find a better job. It seems like a lot of the better paying jobs have that they require tnaoap certification or iaap certifcation on the job postings. Does anyone have experience with these certifications? Which do you think is the most useful? Would you recommend getting them? Did it help you get a job?
