£15k is a lot of debt but compared to a lot of people on here is probably small.

Anyway,if it was me ( we are 8500.00k in debt ) I WOULD KEEP THE HOUSE

    No more said really

    Good luck

My debt is £45K + mortgage + 2nd mortgage. The £45k is all "bad" debt. I have no hope of paying it off before I die (I'm 55) unless I sell my house. I'm used to hardship been there done that many times over the years its the sheer endlessness of my current situation that is so hard to live with and which is contributing to my illness.
