They owe quite a bit of cashback to their users and it looks like they are struggling to make the payments - being taken over/finding financial support or shutting up shop appear to be the options.

I had no idea this was going on!

I just clicked on http://www.ilovecashback.com/home/ from here for a change and saw the above notice, but I haven't used that link in months, I always open a link directly from my bookmarks which is http://www.ilovecashback.com/giveaway-explained/

This link has continued to work and a new number for the prize draw has been shown every day, so I had no idea of their trouble (I've checked every day, up until today, without fail for months). Presumably if your number has come up in recent weeks you haven't/won't be getting any money, but if you're curious you can still see all the winning numbers over the last 10 days!

Obviously not worth checking daily any more, but funny that the draw is still taking place autonomously!

It also means that anyone continuing to use the website for cashback (accessing the site through a bookmark like me) has no idea they are wasting their time, as unless you access the website's home page (where the announcement above shows up) then the website functions as normal! Fortunately, I have only ever used the website for the prize draw, but they really should make it clearer for others!
