We have a leather sofa, the type where the seat cushions are sewn onto it. DS dropped his iPod down the gap between one of the cushions and the sofa arm, he pulled the gap open to retrieve it - and there are wriggle grubs down there
What do I do??

A few grubs doesn't necessarily mean a nasty infestation, don't be too alarmed.
I would have all the removable cushions out, Hoover (then empty) and then wash down with vinegar. Check and repair all holes in the upholstery. Then think about the source. Could DS or A.N.Other have accidentally dropped some food (a scrap of meat) into the gap?Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Unlikely to be moth grubs ...
more likely to be wooly bears ...

Definitely not woolly bears. They look just like these moth larvae http://ukmoths.org.uk/species/hofmannophila-pseudospretella/larva/0
