I've tried to change my password twice and it won't have it!

I think we'll have to leave this for another day.

Gave up on previous comps - nothing has change. That site is very broken.

I've been having problems for months, never been able to log in even when I request a new password. I've emailed them previously but they don't seem to understand what I'm talking about so I've emailed them again to let them know that it's lots of people having the same problem so maybe if we all email them they will actually listen & get their IT team to take a proper look & resolve the problem once & for all

I've emailed them after seeing your message, was going round in circles trying to log in!

I couldn't log in either & gave up after requesting password change twice. Just goes round in circles. Very frustrating. Sorry but cant be bothered to take the time to email as I don't think it will get me anywhere, just wound up!!!!!

I've just managed to log in following this procedure after they sent me a replacement password but saying that it'll probably happen again next month as it always does & they seem loathe to look into the matter further


Please be aware that you are able to log in with either your username or email and password. I must also state that your log-in details are case sensitive.





Before going to the Spirit & Destiny website, I suggest that you try the following:-





We believe that you are viewing a page held in your PC/Macs cache.





The cache is a temporary storage area where your internet browser holds frequently accessed data for rapid access re-use, the page loads faster rather than re-fetching or recomputing the original data.


Here are instructions of how clear the cache for the 3 most popular Internet Browsers.





• With Internet Explorer, click on Tools, Delete browsing history, for the Temporary Internet Files option click Delete files.


• With Safari click on the Safari Menu then the Empty cache ... option.


• With FireFox click on the FireFox Menu, then Preferences ..., click the Advanced Icon, then the Network tab and click on the clear now button for Cache
