Returned £1 postal order CCA, twice!

Good morning all,
I have received a letter from PRA Group. They have returned my payment of £1, twice, although 1st time was because I entered the wrong account no, in error. This time, although the letter states they have requested the information for CCA, they have still returned the £1. Is this a stalling method, is, no obligation to proceed, or something more sinister like trying to obtain a CO? Excuse me being paranoid, but as everyone on this forum has had nightmare situations with creditors, just wondering if its another underhand tactic? Thanks in advance for any thoughts Tracey

It's more than likely they know they have no chance of obtaining the CCA you have requested."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0

Nothing to be concerned about Tracy.
Different creditors have different policies for dealing with certain issues, the £1 fee is sometimes waved by some creditors, because its there policy to do so.
Its nothing sinister, I have heard of this happening before, if they have requested the info from the OC then it should progress nicely !!!!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
