i will be 3 years bankrupt in feb 2016, so far nothing has been done about my house which has about £17,500 equity, if nothing is done while i am still bankrupt, can my house be sold once i am out off bankruptcy ? i am in scotland

It depends what you mean by "nothing has been done".
If the trustee knows about your house, then he can do a number of things which would stop the property coming back to you when three years are up.
For example, he could 'renew the inhibition'. This is - described very loosely - a record in the Scottish Land Register, which makes it clear that the trustee still has rights over the property, and stops you selling it.
