Help with mincemeat

I make Delia's mincemeat every year and it turns out great. However, I use my written recipe that is for half the amount and could not find it this year then accidently did the full recipe from her book and am left in a quandry. (dumb I know, but a lot is going on) I do not have a bowl large enough for the oven and wondered if my maslin pan will be alright to put in the oven. It will only be at 110 centigrade for a few hours. Can anyone advise, please
I could put it in two cake tins or loaf tins but suspect this will be too much with the heat all round.

If you have a slow cooker you could do it in that instead. I make an uncooked version (just mix the ingredients with enough booze to moisten and pack into sterilized jars) and it keeps ok for several weeks, as long as it is kept somewhere not too warm. One life - your life - live it!0

Thank you Nargleblast but I do not have a slow cooker, just wondering if I should just bung the maslin pan in and pray.... or do it in two lots in the pudding basin I have but that would be a lot of hours."Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety". - Benjamin Franklin0

Mante a slow simmer on the hob for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally? One life - your life - live it!0
