am assuming this only works in whittards shops? Not other retailers who stock their products? Thanks

Yes, that's right - it excludes outlets (other retailers who stock their products) and online. Here's a store finder if that helps. :) Thanks

I picked up my caddy and tea today from the Cardiff store and had no problems at all, they even helped me choose a tea. Thanks so much for posting this offer☺

Is the tea caddy an air tight canister or just a pretty tin for storing tea? Sorry if that sounds picky - I am driving to a city with Whittards tonight so wondering if it's worth buying the magazine to get this deal (I have a lot of pretty tins but few proper air tight canisters).

It has an inner lid as well at the top lid, but it's all metal so I personally would not consider it to be air-tight (especially as the lid fell off in the shop and the labels were lost!).

Haha, thanks for letting me know, MSE Rhiannon. I had looked on their website to figure it out myself but didn't see any tea caddies for sale.

This exact offer is also available in the newest (December) issue of Marie Claire (p. 342). :)

Do they ask for your details when you collect the freebie, and if so, which details? Always a bit annoying when they're collecting details for spamming.. :P

I collected my tea caddy from a choice of 3 colours green, blue or gold. They are tin with a lid and an inner airtight lid. I got to choose from 49 different teas and the assistant weighed the tea and put it into the caddy. I went to the stall in Union Square in Aberdeen which is new. Great freebee thank you.:T

They asked for my name and address but not an email address. I also didn't get a receipt she stapled it to the page from the magazine.
