1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 plus except agents or employees of the Promoter, their families or anyone professionally involved in this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter you must fully complete the form online. One entry per household. No applications from agents or organised groups or bulk or third party applications will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry rules will not be accepted.
3. The promotion consists of 3 consecutive draws in June, September and December. In each draw there will be one main prize and 30 runners up prizes. Entrants will be entered into the first draw following the date of receipt of the entry by the promoter. The closing dates for the draws are:
   1. Midnight Monday 25th June 2007,
   2. Midnight Monday 24th September 2007,
   3. Midnight Monday 24th December 2007,
   Forms received after the last closing date (24/12/2007) shall not be accepted.
4. The Promoter or any of its associated companies cannot be held responsible for any network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may result in restricted, delayed or lost entries. No responsibility will be accepted for corrupted, incomplete or illegible entries/claims (which may be disqualified) or entries/claims, which fail to arrive by the specified closing dates as stated above. Proof of entry not accepted as proof of receipt.
5. The cash prize winner of each draw will be the first person selected at random in the presence of an independent judge from all entries received. The next 30 persons drawn will each receive a runner up prize. The decision of the judge is final. No correspondence shall be entered into. The prizes are not transferable and will be sent to the winners by post within 4 weeks of the prize being claimed by the winner.
6. The main prize winner will be notified within 21 days of the closing date of the draw in which they were selected. The winners must claim their prize within 45 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to another winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
7. The cash prize in each draw is a £1,500. The prize will be in the form of a cheque made out to the person named on the winning entry form.
8. The main prize winner will have a choice of EITHER a £1,000 cash prize plus £500 of Champney’s vouchers OR £1,500 cash prize. The cash prize will be in the form of a cheque made out to the person named on the winning entry form.
9. The 30 runners up will each receive a SURF fragrance goody bag up to the value of £20. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative.
10. Winners' details (names and county) can be obtained 7 weeks after the published final closing date by sending a stamped SAE to: Surf GLFL competition, Craik Jones, 120 Regent Street, London W1B 5RY.
11. The Promotion winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
12. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
