I am self employed as a cleaner.
I am thinking about paying for a private CT scan. Until I find out a diagnosis, I am finding it difficult to work.
Am I correct in saying that this is NOT tax deductable ?

That's correct. Although the results may determine if you can work or not, it's not directly connected to your business. As such, my understanding is that unfortunately you cannot claim the expense against your earnings.'I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my father.
