Private Medical Treatment

I am self employed as a cleaner.

I am thinking about paying for a private CT scan. Until I find out a diagnosis, I am finding it difficult to work.

Am I correct in saying that this is NOT tax deductable ?
Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!

    That's correct. Although the results may determine if you can work or not, it's not directly connected to your business. As such, my understanding is that unfortunately you cannot claim the expense against your earnings.
