Hi all, I wanted to know is there any lenders out there that lend to people on Maternity Leave? Also take full income into account?

Several do, although their rules vary. Some will only take full income into account in the final 3 months of maternity leave, others will take full amount whenever.0

The main ones to look at are Nationwide, Halifax and TSB, although there could well be others.0
