    There is a problem with the webb site this am, i have spoken to harrods and we need to leave it for a couple of hrs and retry later. All dates say none avaible.

    No you cant take pitures, they are 10.00 each, they are lovely, and a keepsake. We have been twice now and be prepared to buy the signature teddy, again a true childs keep sake.

    I get all dates available, but it fails after I have filled everything in :rotfl: :rolleyes: . I hope our dates do come up, I have already told Mr (I had to check he could take the day off) and we have planned the day out :D

    Those that have had days unavailable, does it allow you to go through the whole process first, then fail after check out, or does it tell you at the beginning? Thanks

    ETA, you can't book adult tickets (I assumed you had to have adult tickets to go in with the kids) if you add adult ones it just fails at check out ;)

    fyi, issues with website seem to have been resolved. I spoke to a lady in the christmas department. she confirms that you do need to book adult tickets for those accompanying children and that the only times availabl for the 23rd of December are 3.30 & 4.30pm.

    Got my tickets the other day with a letter says you can buy photo's, I am going 5th december at 2pm!

    I hope you dont have to book adults through too, it wouldn't allow me to.

    yes, you need to have an entry ticket for everyone in your party, so you need a ticket as an adult to accompany a child
