Provisional offer/contract help

Hi, I've been offered a provisional contract with the job being a graduate (entry level) analyst/manager at a local company, though some of what is written seems worrying/ a bit of a rip off.
Could anyone help/ see if what is stated is reasonable?

Not seen any companies offer such fortnightly reviews of both wages/performance.Hourly wage of £6.91, which will be reviewed along with performance every 2 weeks.
This doesn't seem right!?Overtime paid at same rate as above
I know the max hours per week is 48, though the job advert stated 40 and I was told that this is in the contract just as a means of what the max is allowed. Shouldn't this state the actual hours I would be working?Working hours - 48 per week with 45 minutes break

Contract seems a bit rubbish to me - they are contracting themselves to give you 48 hours' work a week, so this is what you should be paid for, IMHO!
No reason for extra pay for overtime, though (sorry to burst this bubble).Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
And it could be 48hrs per week inclusive of 45 mins unpaid break.0

Nothing unusual about entry level positions. The question isn't what they give you now - it is about future prospects. Being a graduate these days is nothing special - but if you prove yourself, where would the company expect you to be in the next few years. If that isn't the answer you want - or somebody else is offering you better - then you have your own answer.0
