I put down a clothing budget of £140 and have been advised now that max is £90 for a family of four.
As my income is composed of tax credits, working tax credits (partner works), child benefit and housing benefit, would the OR be able to demand an IPA/IPO if they deem the clothing budget to be excessive? Making me have surplus income....

If your income is solely made up of benefits and you personally don't earn a wage you shouldn't get an IPA/IPO.0
