RIBENA LIGHT - 600ml - ASDA - ONLY 42p

Can't add much to the title really.

I usually buy the toothkind variety, not because it's kind to teeth, but because it has the highest percentage of blackcurrants (34%) across the range. (And all varieties always seem to be the same price)

However my ASDA had this "LIGHT" version (only 24%) for 42p - marked on the shelf label - not "a special" - crossed out price £1.66.

Took the last 12 bottles ! (Spondon, Derby)

Not sure if it is every ASDA - I'm sure someone else will confirm.

Purchased 16 1L bottles at 59p each! at the Asda Walmart in Swindon today. Only a few bottles left. The reason for the price reduction is that Ribena Light has been replaced by the new "improved flavour" Ribena Really Light variety.

I used to get migraines all the time, loved diet cola.
Found out about it, stopped having diet drinks 10 years ago,
have not had one migraine since.

Just so you know, carry on with Aspartame if you like,
I just find most people don't know what it does in the body,
or its history.
