Seems a good deal but looking at the contents can't see how they could ever be worth original price even with nice basket

I still think it's dear for the price but realistically the next time they go this low will be after Christmas, when the last of the stock needs to be sold. Anyone dithering over the cost should strike now.

Personally, I find it much better value to make up my own hampers, c/o Lidl's Deluxe range.

I have bought ne for my cousin the past three years and she loves them.
Always waited for this offer, though it's very early this year.

What a good idea . I can soon find a reasonably priced wicker basket and some raffia. Love Lidl Deluxe range myself

I did this last year for my son and daughter in law who wont step foot in a Lidls store (more fool them!) Anyway they were more than impressed with the quality of the Deluxe range and couldn't believe where I had bought them from!

  • While being a diehard fan of home made hampers, I have to say that in the past I have bought BHS hampers (when reduced) as Christmas gifts for far-flung elderly relatives.

They have always been favourably received and you don't have to worry about postage costs either- win win!
  • Yep, looks like the usual half price....honest....approach!
