Help
I am trying to trace contributions made over 40 years ago . The company who employed me were taken over by another company and I was given those details by The Pension Tracing Service. This company have not responded to my letters (2nd one was sent Reg post,) All I need to know is the name of the Pension Provider from all those years ago so that I can make personal contact.
The original company was A W Bain & Sons Ltd., Leeds

I believe AW Bain were insurance brokers.Through mergers they became Bain Clarkson and then Bain Hogg before becoming part of Aon in 1996.
If this is the correct company,then contact details are as set out below.
