Ok I nominate you to UU an eye product by Xmas.

I am on the last dregs of a eye cream currently so that ones easy. Why does it take so long to use an eye cream, I think this one has been in use for 5 months. Korean eye creams are huge compared to UK companies this one is 25g, I actually own a 100g one which probably repurposed as there is no way I will get through it. I nominate you to use up a glittery polish.

    INS
    15 bath bombs
    3 samples
Order from lush finally arrived today.

    UU's
Nude advance renewal serum 5ml sample WNBA it smelt off so actually used it on my feet.

Got several more spluttering so will have a few more by the end of the week.
  • 2 x Wilko Skin Wisdom Face Wipes in, needed these for a trip this weekend and another trip coming up. I've also UU a few suncream dregs as moisturiser but didnt have these on my stash list as they are joint products.

Hi ladies, could anyone suggest a cream containing retinol ? I need it for some acne I have for years on my jaw line and nothing helps. I read this might be helpful to treat them but most creams I found specifically talk about wrinkles.

No specific product recommendations, but I'd recommend Caroline Hirons' blog and youtube channel as a source of reviews and inspiration. There is also a resource on the blog which lists the various (chemical) names that things can be listed as, which can be useful. This was very helpful as I dipped my toe into the acid toners waters for the first time

There is a search bar on the right hand side of the page, but you'll have to scroll down to find it.

  • Another UU - a very elderly lavender body lotion that I brought home from a trip to Grayshott Spa which according to my email was in 2007

I do like to use a lavender body lotion at bed time - helps me unwind. I've bought a Dr Organic one from Holland and Barratt so I'll see how I get on with that. Their stuff ticks my "natural" box and it's pretty cheap in the first place, and if you buy on one of their many special offers it's even cheaper.
  • Morning all
    UU
Finished off a litre bottle of Avon bubble bath
UU a big bath bomb from bomb cosmetics and a smaller one full of dried flower petals
Finished a lovely bar of handmade soap that smelt like a mixture of bubblegum and snow fairy

    Found
4 bars of handmade soaps I'd bought or been given over the summer but forgot to list so have ended up staying even.

Hugs to all, safe safe and well

I have decided on my least favourite product and have put it into use this morning, there's probably only a quarter of it left but it seems to go forever.

I did try posting one for you Valm but it was when the site went down on Friday and it didn't get posted. If anyone else wants one I have a Christmasy idea!

A couple of UUs from the weekend:

4/152. Simple Kind to Skin Micellar Cleansing Wipes x 25 - freebie and would happily use again, these were nice and wet and the wipes are soft and thick. I don't buy wipes other than for holidays as I prefer as proper cleanse so WNB, but these were handy for convenience after my many recent late nights!

5/153. Philosophy Vanilla Birthday Cake Mix Shower gel 180ml - this was a gift and I really enjoyed using it - smells gorgeous and a little goes a long way. WMBA but only on sale.

    Ooh and a GA:

    1/18. No7 Intense Volume Mascara Black 7ml
    MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)

At last I have some uu's to report:

Nivea Rich Nourishing Body Lotion 400ml - I am so glad to see the back of this, it is runny and has the texture of pva glue, it does absorb well and has the lovely nivea scent though. WNBA

Glamglow Supermud Mask - this stuff does a great job but is totally overpriced for a clay mask, I will stick with Origins mask when I have used up all my current stash.

Clinique Butter Shine Lipstick in Pink a Boo - this was very nice but these lip butters get used up so quickly it isn't worth paying high end prices when Revlon are just as good for less money, this was a GWP but a full size. WNBA

Liz Earle Eucalyptus & Rosemary Candle - this is an expensive candle and I could tell, mine came as the free gift they do each month. It burnt totally level, no soot and the scent was very strong and purifying. I would love another but wouldn't pay £30+ for it.

I knew there was another uu, I'm not sure how I could forget this epic one:

Osmo Intensive Deep Repair Masque 1200ml - that's not a typo it was a huge 1200ml pot, it lasted a long time, is very affordable and does a good job. I WMBA when I need a conditioner which probably won't be next year as I have loads.
