Student mortgage?

Anyone know any lenders that do a student mortgage? Looking at a house costing about £80,000 with a £15,000 deposit.
I'd be using my student loan and bursary to pay the mortgage and also rent a room to my friend.
I also have someone that would be a guarantor.

I think there is only one lender that would do this, its a small building society.
