Tax Code Question

Afternoon folks,
Posting on behalf of Mrs. MpHa - who has a question she could do with answering.
She is currently in the process of moving jobs (Radiographer) from one hospital trust to another (finished yesterday, starts the new one on Monday) - however she's worked a stack of overtime at her 'old' job and this is normally paid a month later (i.e. she'll get 2 paypackets at once - one from the new job, and one for just the overtime from the old job).
If this happens, which we suspect it will, will this screw her tax code up on one (or both) of the payslips as it would look like she has 2 jobs? If it would, what's the best way to rectify it / pre-empt the problem?

The two jobs thing is generally a red herring, as long as she has transferred to her new job and her personal allowance has gone to that job it wont matter, the overtime will be taxed on a BR code but essentially it would have been anyway as it would be earnings above the personal allowance, so just make sure that her tax code will be applied to the larger earnings (her new salary I presume)0
