 Hi just to have a rant here..... long story short, after umpteen calls to Classic Blinds with none returned, i eventually spoke to the manager today about coming out to fix our blinds that we got put in at the end of April - one of them is coming out of the wall and some others dont close evenly.
Someone was to come out last night 6-8pm and typical...did not show, so i was really angry. So he said someone would come out again and i said i would ring back with a time that suited us. He then rang me back, saying a blind "could not come down on its own, a child must have pulled it down" - i told him that the room was the least used in the house and there were no children in the house. I asked what exactly he was saying?!? He then said that there would be a call out charge if it was from April...now bear in mind that we first contacted them in the first week of August, about 15 weeks ago.
I told him i'd be taking legal advice.
Isn't this outrageous??? £400 a few months ago and obviously no guarantee offered and tunes changed all over the show.
Anyone else have any experiences with them?
Thanks
