My sister in law is 8 weeks pregnant.
My oldest daughter (7) has a viral infection (sore throat, that kind of thing).
My youngest daughter (4) is having the flu vaccine this afternoon.
Should my sister in law stay away from them? Is there any risk? We all live in the same house, but if there is risk, then she could stay at her mum's for a few days I'm guessing.

The flu vaccine is neither here nor there - you can't catch flu from someone who has been vaccinated (it would kind of defeat the purpose of a vaccine if you could!) The viral infection is I guess something she'd want to avoid - tbh I'd advise her to practice good hand hygiene and let her decide if she wants to be more cautious....0
