    It's about the money.

    If she does not sell to you she will have to find her own buyer or put it on the market with an agent and pay agents fees anyway.

    She needs to grow up and sell to you and you should tell her so.

  • Thankyou All! Should I get it done ASAP or do it once the solicitors are involved. She may be more keen to accept if she has already started the process? Id rather be totally transparent, but shes played a lot of games with us so far, so might be better to let fees start getting paid to prompt her into the right decision. Or is that a bit sneaky? Thanks

    I'd be upfront since making her think she's selling it to your parents and then later on telling her she's selling it to you doesn't seem right to me. She might pull out of spite at that point. Isn't it fundamental to tell the solicitor who the buyer is anyway?

    You know her better than we do though.

    Thanks El Torro! I totally agree. Just would rather she doesnt pull out now. Hey ho, Its going to be brought up at some point, might as well get it out the way. :rotfl:
