How easy is it to cancel a clerical case and start afresh??

A word of warning - If your case is clerical, it means it fell off the computer system most of the cases are held on - if you start all over again they will be trying to enter exactly the same details as an existing case (the details aren't taken off the old system, they just can't work your case on it), which means it's highly likely the case will fall off again.0
