First Time Morgage Advise

Right i am planning on getting on the property ladder within next few months, i have a job which pays approx £400-500 a week depending on overtime plus i get bonuses. I have approx £14k for a deposit i am hoping to go on my own and seen afew properties around 100-110k. What would be best way to do this? Hoping to do interest only for first two years ? any advise would be great
