    This seems to be working fine now. I got the form changing to
    "Thank for you entering our competition. A winner will be chosen on Wednesday 4th November, 2015. We will notify the winner by email. "

    Hi everyone,

    Martha from Cloud 10 Beauty here. We're very sorry about the issues with the entry form disappearing and any inconvenience it may have caused.

    We had some technical difficulties with the entry form yesterday so it disappeared for about two hours (4pm-6pm approx) until we got a workaround in place, and the issue was finally resolved this morning. Feel free to check back if you're concerned your entry didn't go through.
