I use curcumin turmeric extract from vitacure which is cheaper than some I was getting from other places previously. They sell 100 caps of 95% curcumin for £7.99 delivered or 250 caps for £18.99. I started with 100 caps and then purchased 250 on my next order.
I do not take these for the same reason as you want to take them so cannot say whether they will help you.
Be aware that Turmeric/curcumin is believed to be poorly absorbed therefore investigate methods of improving it's absorption. Black pepper can be helpful, preferably black pepper extract. Formulations of the two can be expensive but there are cheaper methods. Fat is supposed to help. Be careful with pepper extract if you take medications.0 -
Many thanks for the information. I read too much Turmeric can effect blood clotting but I wasn't aware Turmeric is also poorly absorbed, so that is certainly useful to know for us.0
